What if a product has a substantial lead-time; do I have to pay for it in full at the time of purchase or do I pay for it when it finally arrives?
If there is a lead-time associated with an order, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement to reserve the incoming items in your name. The balance on the order will be charged to your credit card within 48 hours of the ship date.
Does "Sofa Seazon" offer a layaway program?
"Sofa Seazon" does offer a layaway program that requires a 50% deposit at the time of order placement and a maximum of 60 days to pay the balance. The order must be shipped, delivered or picked up within 60 days of order placement or the order may be subject to a 20% cancellation charge.
To select Layaway when placing an order online, simply type 60 day Layaway in the Notes field found on page 2 of the Checkout process. This will alert us to charge only a 50% deposit and we will set the shipping date out 60 days. Unfortunately, Yellow Tagged items are not available for our layaway program.
What are my payment options at "Sofa Seazon"?
You can pay with MasterCard®, VISA®, American Express®, or Discover®.
Will my order be taxed?
We will automatically include any applicable state sales tax on orders delivered within Texas or Arizona during the check out process. Texas and Arizona have tax rates of 8.25% and 8.1% respectively.
What if the billing address on my order is different from the shipping address?
If the billing address on your order is different from the shipping address, your order will be held for one week for additional security precautions.
What if the billing address for my credit card is not in the United States?
Unfortunately, we can only accept credit cards with domestic billing addresses.
