Return Policy
What is the "Sofa Seazon" return policy?
Returns may be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order. A re-stocking charge of 20% and prepaid freight charges BOTH WAYS apply to all returns made for the following reasons:
1. Customer does not like the color or the size is incompatible with the area intended.
2. Customer decides not to keep the item because it must be assembled.
3. Merchandise was not delivered in a timely basis through no fault of "Sofa Seazon".
4. Merchandise is returned without prior approval.
5. Customer refused shipment or is unavailable for delivery.
IMPORTANT: Mattress and bedding can not be returned under any circumstances. All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number assigned. "Sofa Seazon" will designate the return carrier upon issuance of the return authorization. All merchandise must be returned as originally received; i.e.: unassembled, packed in original manufacturer’s packaging, etc. Merchandise not within this criterion is NOT eligible for return under any circumstance.
If you elect "White Glove Delivery" service at order placement, this service must also be used for all returning merchandise not suitable for return via UPS. Note: Merchandise will be designated "suitable for return via UPS" at the discretion of "Sofa Seazon".

If I return an item, do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Prepaid freight charges BOTH WAYS will apply on all returns.
Can I cancel an order that has been shipped but I have not received it yet?
You can cancel an order that is in transit, however, the original freight charge is non-refundable, you will be charged for return freight, and you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
What happens if I want to return an item more than 7 days after receipt?
"Sofa Seazon" can not accept the return unless we are notified within 7 days of receipt.
Can I order from "Sofa Seazon" and pick up the order at a "Sofa Seazon" store?
Yes. You can specify when placing your Internet order that you want to pick up the order at your local "Sofa Seazon".
Can I return an item at a "Sofa Seazon" store that I purchase on-line?
Yes. You can return an item that was purchased at "Sofa Seazon".com at any of our "Sofa Seazon" store locations in Austin, Dallas, or Houston.
